Nice summary of some useful points. However, as I was about to send this out via twitter I noticed most of your social media links at the top of you page don’t actually connect to anything… You might want to work on this to increase your own sites usability!

I think full flash site are still beautiful, just take a look at thefwa.com none of their featured sites could have been done without the use of Flash. And If you can’t see it on the iphone then who gives a shit, Flash existed way before Apple could think about building phones. Again if Apple was so “open” as they stipulate, they would have put Flash long time ago on their devices. But they realized that Flash could fuck their App Store over. So easy, let’s make everyone hate Flash so we can make more money! Again I’m not probing every sites should be in Flash. Flash should only be used to experiment, like the augmented reality sites, to promote, like micro sites and finally I personally think corporate site should still be in Flash. Remember flash was created when designers needed a wow factor on their site. Even in the structure of the program, you start with a timeline as if you were building a movie, a video clip, the MovieClip. But of course for e-commerce, for blogs, search engine, social networks, you don’t need flash for that, and even if it’s possible you should not do it in Flash.

Android as the System is great.. its mostly individuals who are creating Apps for it are not executing their business right. They are lackadaisical to optimise performance and save battery lifespan by auto killing any processing of the app if its not in foreground and just promote a job to cpu if its essential. if the app is in background and not running the entire app for a smaller matter and retain it executing after its finished the job.
